Have some avi files I want to watch on the big screen. Is there an avi player I can download and install on a modded xbox? If so link if possible, if not please tell me about it
I can't give you a link; but I highly suggest XBMC. It can be used as a program OR a dashboard. Very useful too. It plays .mp3 .wma .wmv .m4a .mp4 .ogg .ogm .mov .avi and a lot more than that; but it's a pretty good start. I'm sure the list is REALLY long. It's pretty easy to find all over the net in both torrents and on irc. Great piece of software that I highly reccomend. I made it my primary dashboard.
I would agrree with that, XBMX is all you need to play any music or video file dude. i also use it as a main dash.
