Processor Reads Hot

    is everest home edition right because it says my processor is 70 degrees celsius and i know that my computer should shutdown wen it reaches 60 degrees celsius

    what does hardware monitor show in the bios?

    I don't know of any that do that. It's 80 usually.

    70 is however very high. try downloading Hmonitor from the net and see if you get the same reading. If you do, you may want to give your PC a good dusting, and possiby even have the heatsink refitted.
