Printer problem

    hi it would be greatly apreciated if some one who knows about printers could help me, i keep getting a message sayin "unable to clean" and because of this i cant use the fax or the printer. does any one know where i can find answers to printer repairs or can any one recommend me to a site devoted to printers?

    And the brand name and model of your printer is? Go to the FAQ section on the manufacturer's site.

    As already said, we need a bit more info on the printer or you're going nowhere with this question!
