123 DVD Problems - Scrambled after 3/4 Through

I am using 123 DVD. During playback after about 3/4 of the way through a few DVDs I have copied, it becomes scrambled, the video stops and starts and small squares appear across the screen.

Im copying straight from DVD to DVD on slow burn speed. It was fine until the last few DVDs I have copied. Any ideas of what could be causing this and a solution?

Poor quality media comes to mind...What are you using (MID code?)
