    Hi
    If anyone have the idea how to resolve this problem i will be very grateful.
    My new version of mpc have problems with srt/sub files, it does load and show them properly but messes the picture, as shown in the link.
    I would use mplayer or vlc but i'm used to mpc and it has eastern europe language support, also when i play the same file on the tv (s-video) the picture is ok.?

    Try this.

    1. View menu --> Options

    2. Playback --> Output

    3. Where you see DirectShow Video, pick between VMR7 (renderless) or VMR9 (renderless).

    4. Reopen video.

    If it's still acting strange, try playing around with "VMR7/9 (renderless)" & "DirectX 7/9" settings under output option. I would pick use texture surfaces and render video in 2D.
