for the past week or so, theres some loud noise coming from my computer - i think its like a wire caught up in a fan and is making that sound. I was using my computer doin somethin, installed a USB driver for a digicam and restarted. while it was restarting i decided to open up my computer and see what the sound is (the comp was on) and then i looked at the monitor and i thought it froze but after a minutes, an error came up: sec slave S.M.A.R.T. command failed (or something like that). press f4 to continue. i press f4, so windows loads (but this time it loaded really slowly - dunno maybe becuz of the hard drive problem or maybe becuz i just installed a usb driver for my digicam). so now one of hard drives is not showing up in 'my computer'. PLEASE help me get this hard drive to work! i need the files on it!
if it's the first time it happens don't worry about it if it occurs again uninstall all the recent programs you've instaled.
