Unlock Nokia 6020 - help needed please?

    Hi there
    I have a nokia 6020 on orange and would like to use an 02 sim card,

    The imei is 3355374005398169 and I am in the UK

    Please could someone help me unlock the phone.

    I have a code, but it doesn't appear to work.

    Just one point - when you say 'Enter' what button is that, is it the green call button, if it is, my phone says that it is a restricted number when I press that.

    Thanks guys!! I am 50 this year, so not to slick at this mobile phone thing!
