Is it possible to convert M3U files?

    I recently found out that I need to have MP3 files in order for music to go on my PSP.The problem is,a majority of my audio files are MPU and not MP3 I need to convert these files.Does anyone know a way to do so?Please reply.

    err m3u files arent audio they are playlist files.

    Andrews right, they are only mp3 playlist and not audio files.
