Been trying to convert a dvd to mpeg for weeks, but the file is so big after converting, even after reauthoring with dvd shrink and taking out the extras, not sure what I'm doing wrong. I used dvd shrink and then used dvd-to-mpeg but the file is huge. Any suggestions? So I thought maybe its just the software, then downloaded "Im too DVD Ripper" trial version to try and convert to avi instead. Maybe this software is better. I use Nero 7 and VSO's ConvertXtoDvd for converting and encoding to Dvd, but I am lost when going the other way. Please help.
