I don't know if you can help me, but, here it goes:
    I downloaded something(I don't know is it a virus or smth.)in www.hot.ee/ratefeim and know I can't get to www.rate.ee.
rate.ee is a page where you can chat other peoples, but up your pictures and do many other things... and I really want to go there:(
Could anyone PLEASE tell me what I downloaded, and why I can't get to that page? Is it blocked? How could I unblock it?

    Hi Kaire

Do you live in Estonia ? and your operator is Estpak Data/Estonian Telephone Co ?

If so, then your log is clean.

Try allow cookies in IE or what browser you use.

I can go in that adress (www.rate.ee)

    Yes, I live in Estonia
    mm.. maybe.. I'm not a computer smarty, I don't know:$
    How could I allow cookies?
I use mozilla, sometimes IE too
When I try to open www.rate.ee in mozilla it says: The connection was refused when attemting to contact www.rate.ee
and in IE: The page cannot be displayed...

This morning I could go in //rate.ee too, but when I downloaded that thing in www.hot.ee/ratefeim I couldn't anymore:(

    I'm really thankful!

I deleted it, but it didn't help
    It won't do nothing noticeable.
when I doubleclick it, it brings some screen saying click that...(in estonian)
I'm depressed:( I really need to go there :'(
