    i hope someone can help me...

    a friend gave me a LG2000 (cingular) but i have a t-mobile sim
    USA.

    IMEI # 010628-00-704210-0

    would someone please help me with the restriction code..???

    check out www.iunlock.com

    they are usually the one who can reflash your phone. There are no remote unlock codes so that is why I recommend the website.
