not a vert big problem but very annoying,when my laptop goes into standby i have to reboot it to get it started again i have tried adjusting the settings but nothing seems to work,i have adjusted the time before it goes on standby so its on all the time which is a bit of a waste.any help greatly appreciated..thanks
Hi, try downloading the drivers/patch for Lidswitch Policy from HP......http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/hpcpqnk/us/family/model/5599.html?lang=en&cc=us&prodSeriesId=321850 Have you tried disabling standby and setting Hibernation? Also check the Bios for power configurations......
