I'm trying to add a subtitle to an avi file using VirtualDub and the subtitler filter. The subtitle file was an .idx and .sub that I used vobsub to convert to .ssa, but whenever i try to start it I get an error saying that Cannot start filter 'subtitler': original subtitling y resolution is unreasonably small... what does this mean and how do i fix it? thanks.

    Try textsub (VSFilter) instead.
