i downloaded antivir to test it, but decided to stay with zonealarm. hjt reports antivir with unknown owner.. and i cant find the file on my pc or in the registry..and i noticed {caisafe} is beside zonealarm. i thought {caisafe} was etrust?.....you guys see anything wrong? i also notice when i started my pc today zonealarm popped up and said new connection found and asked if i wanted to keep it in the trusted or internet zone...what was that about? Cleaning instructions: Open Notepad -> copy the following lines into a new document: @echo off sc stop AntiVirScheduler sc delete AntiVirScheduler sc stop AntiVirService sc delete AntiVirService Save the document to your desktop as Removal.bat and filetype: All Files Go to your desktop and run the file Removal.bat and answer yes to any questions. The ZoneAlarm is the version that includes also an antivirus, right? Post a new HjT log and we'll see if those are gone now.
