memory dumping

    For some reason my computer is acting up. i cant play no games and it sometimes says memory dumping. it will go to a blue screen and say memory dumping and it says starting to delete and yeah.i got a

    Amd ATHLON 64 processor 3000+
    radeon 9600 series
    1gb ram

    is it my graphic card if so what i do
