New Pc keeps crashing

    Good day people,

    My new pc keeps crashing when im trying to install Dungeon And Dragon, not only that but other times too.

    I've installed different types of Windows Xp but they all keep crashing. I don't know this problem is software or hardware.
    Been stuck on this ever since I got it :(

    Should I also post the event logs of application,security,system?

    Game is probably too old. 32 or 64 bit os isn't always backwards compatable. Especially when old programs try to work in their own virtual machine.

    and for the random crashing the computer does?
    it crashes most likely when im running a setup

    Look in the event log. Look for red x's. Click on them send the event ID's to MS. They will identify it and should suggest a fix. Only takes a minute.

    nope didnt help. Can it be the ram even though it can run the OS? and then crashes when something demands more ram resources.
