    Hello,
I recently bought a 300hdd SATA and windows Xp only detected 127hdd from the 300hdd Sata. I would like to know by using Partition Magic if I could merge the remaining space which is unallocated to join with 127hdd which has windows xp installed. I didnt partition the 300hdd I only went and install windows xp and ended up with only 127hdd. Please if anyone can give me an idea or a way to appraoch this problem I would be grateful. Thanks

    Is Service Pack 2 installed?
Windows should of detected the space when you partitioned C: drive(I am guessing) And you shouldn't have any unallocated space.......Unless you only made 1 partition and only made it a certin size.
