You are asked: "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove your desktop wallpaper and the infected registry keys. The tool checks if wininet.dll file is infected. You might be asked to replace the infected .dll (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter". Tha log is saved to your local diskdrive, usually C:\rapport.txt. Warning : Running option 2 in a clean computer will delete your desktop wallpaper. Post a new HjT log too.

Ok good you're clean You asked how to stay clean, here is a good article -> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial82.html
You might also want to try a freeware program called :Start Page Guard. The program prevents anyone from changing your start page on the internet. Just do a Google search for the program, you can't beat the price.
