I know someone who lives in the boonies and he's extremely depressed because he only has dial up access. (desk top) He's wanting to do online gaming (BF2) and I'm trying to help him out with some tech questions. Will satellite internet work? And if not, what is another alternative. What type of wire-less will work if any? Always appreciated.
Well, I don't think wireless would work if he's in the boonies with no signal, satellite would work but you'd be paying an arm and a leg.
