Hi all, hope you can help me get a decent dvd player. My criteria are: Can play audio cd's with decent sound quality as i dont have a separate cd player Can play PAL and NTSC Can play as many file formats as possible Isnt too picky with media (though i usually use verbatim anyway) Available in UK I recently bought JVC XV-N322 which was advertised as playing NTSC but it doesnt and i thrown out the reciept. Gutted. I need to get peoples personal experience because i looked at reviews of this player and still got stung. Thanks a lot.
Look at the postings for the philips 642. It's pretty good, low price, flash upgradeable. I think there were some postings about ntsc, pal, go arounds. Hope it helps.
