I'm not building a gaming computer although that's essentially what I've got inside, but I do need a PCIe video card that won't break the bank. I play some online games but mostly do DVD burning so I went for processor speed and ended up with more computer than I know what to do with ) Recommendations greatly appreaciated. I do most of my buying at Tiger Direct but that's also open for recommendation. I really can't afford anything beyond say $125. and that's pushing it. I also want to use it to record TV shows to the hard drive. Irish
try a GForce 6600 with pci express.Wont break the bank but will still do a rather good job and probably anything you want to do.Pixel shading etc
Well if your building a "Gaming" computer you may want to dish out a bit more for the graphics card as the Geforce 6600 is quickly going out of date.
