    Hi,
so I got a new case for my computer. Its a windows xp. I transfered all the stuff, Mother board, hard drives, etc to my new case. I also replaced the old FX 5500 video card with a 7800 GS. Everything works fine, but there is not sound. The computer displayed windows media player, but there is not sound. i have tried to troubleshoot in windows help, and have made sure it is powered, pluged in and has drivers. Does anyone have any tips to get my sound back? Or do I have to go buy a sound card? I dont have ony right now, but had sound from the mother board. Thanks

When I go to the control panel and click on sound options, I can adjust the sound. The computer does not say that there is not sound plugged, it just does not play any sound at all. The sound worked fine before I swithced my case. Thanks
