The 3Dmark06 thread

    As the title says, it's not a competiton just some fun & to flex your pc's muscles.
    There's alot of very nice kit in this forum so why not have some fun with it :)
    Download from here http://www.futuremark.com/download/3dmark06 & once you've completed your run, sumbit your result & register on the orb to get a compare link for your run ....

    Then just post a valid compare link & info on your rig ... something like this

    AMD Opteron 165 @ 295 x 9 = 2663mhz, 7800GTX 256mb @ 576core / 1360 mem on tweaksrus 84.37v2 XG driver, 2G G.Skill HZ , swiftech apex ultra cooling

    I didn't feel like registering(yes i am a lazy a**) so i took a screenshot.......Don't know if it good though...LOL

    Here's mine. I just switched cpus and put a AMD 4000 in and took out my X2 4400. Testing to see if it will help with CounterStrike Source.

    I wonder what my score would have been using the X2. Anyhow mine was 4996

    Thats a very nice score, stick the X2 back in you should get a very nice boost :)

    Thats a very nice improvement flip218 with a bit of tweaking you could be nudging 6k :0

    i'm at work but if i remember right mine last night was 9012 with 7900's oc'd and and in SLI

    actually my original 06 score with my x2 was lower than the 4000. I reset some settings in my bios. So I might reformat with the 4000 and see what I get.
