Hi ibanez7 and sorry for the long delay. The log is clean and that R1 entry is clean too. But there is this one Kerio firewall remaining left and we'll take it off: Open Notepad -> copy the following lines into a new document: @echo off sc stop KPF4 sc delete KPF4 Save the document to your desktop as Removal.bat and filetype: All Files Go to your desktop and run the file Removal.bat and answer yes to any questions. Then delete this folder if found: C:\Program Files\Sunbelt Software
