hey, I have recently formatted my c:/, but now i can't play some movies no longer. When i open it with media player, he says that it is not a good index, but clearly their is standing .avi behind it. I think the problem movies are those who i recently put on my pc, does someone nows an answer for this ?? thanx in advanced
If you can't not play them, then that would mean that you can play them. It's called a double negative and is just bad English. If English isn't your first language, then I apologise, otherwise you really need to learn how to write properly since a lot of people would simply avoid such posts. Anyway, it sounds like your avi’s are incomplete. MS’s avi splitter can’t handle incomplete avi’s. So you can either re-index them or try a 3rd party splitter, such as Gabest’s or Haali’s.
