You've probably heard this one before but I guess I'll ask anyway.....I'm converting divx to dvd.....if i've got a divx file with ac3 audio wat is the best format to encode to?......should keep it in ac3 or convert it to mp2?....I've tried burning with an ac3 and sumtimes it works out alright but sumtimes there are audio and video sync problems....I haven't had to much experience with mp2 but I know ac3 takes up less space meaning more space for quality video....wat should i do?

I'm just curious as to what problems you get when you use AC3. I really like the idea of having dolby digital 5.1 sound with my xvid encoded movies, but I get these wierd clicks from my ac3 audio when I mux the two together. Just wondering if this is only a personal problem of mine or if others have the same. Thanks
