Okay after the part where i format my drive and copy the files, when im booted from CD, it restarts the computer, and then is supposed to start the installation process, but it just sits in a blue screen for hours. Nothing happens. Someone pleasee help!
try reseating the ram or if have more than 1 stick of ram, try 1 at a time as might be bad ram causing problem.
okay i hate to sound like a newb: but im gunna have to. cuz u explain how to do that...or at least give me a tut. cuz i think thats it cuz i tried on two differnt harddrives and it still happened
To start off take out everthing from your computer other than your cpu, 1 stick of ram, your video card and hardrive and then try.
