I was wondering if anyone could tell me when making a "movie" in Nero Vision 4 the difference between using Dolby Digital 5.1 (AC-3) or LPCM Audio to encode a Video that I captured from my VCR via my Conexant Falcon II NTSC Video Capture Card ? Also how can I get the best quality Audio from my project ?

You can look up what the different audio settings mean. Which one you should use, might depend on your equipment and the size of what you are recording. It appears the 5.1 audio takes up less space, but according to what I read, the uncompressed lpcm gives a better quality with a higher bit rate. Of course that higher bit rate might cause video problems by limiting it overall.

You can always change the settings and watch what happens to space used on the DVD or the quality used to burn the video.
