Here's some suggestions: Take Nero down a version to 6.6.0.18 and see if that helps. Write down your serial # then uninstall, run the clean and reinstall. Here's some links for you: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/General_CleanTool.html Package 1: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2 (recode & vision) http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe Turn this off - see if that helps Okay discs - but you may be running into some bad discs. Can happen. Try some different media - like Verbatim or Made in Japan Fuji, Sony or Maxell. Did anything change pc or media wise since you were able to last burn?
need you to drop the size down to 4300 meg as you are currently trying to burn to the outer limit where the dye is most unevenest and where the errors creep in to your burns
@augboy Why would you want to use an updated version that doesn't work for you than go back to the best version of 6.6? No logic in your reasoning! 6.6.1.4 won't even autoburn with Nero. Binkie7 gave you good advice. You said it even worked. Stick with it!
@ garmon: wonder what the real thinking is behing augboy's actions, but the last stable version was 6.6.0.18, we all know that even though a few people have had successs with the buggy version , not enough to warrant actually using it
