sometimes after i rip a dvd from fab, shrink, or magic dvd ripper. I get a message from nero after trying to burn it. The message says, nero out of memery. what do I do about this? How do I restore memory, so nero will burn the movies.

I've received this error b/4 w/ Recode which I think you may be using. It was an error when it couldn't handle the ripped movies (newer copy protection w/ junk files etc.). Make sure DVDFab Decrypter is up to date too.
Here's a guide that may also help you:

Or is it all movies this happens with?

Its not all movies, Just some. I have 105 space left out of a 153 gb hard drive. It only tells me this with some movies.

With this one, Shrink wouldnt do it, Decrytor wouldnt do it, But Magic ripper and Fab would. the only problem with them is Nero wont burn it, Decryptor wont burn it and Shrink wont burn it. I dont have another burner. Its Chicken Little. I think its made my programs a little chicken.

    LOL - we'll try & get you straight :)
I'm guessing the other ones you get this error on either have Ripguard or Sony's ARccOS on them. Chicken Little is one w/ Ripguard.
Are you using the latest DVDFab Decrypter - 2.9.7.9?
Now if the encoding is done and you're getting an error during the burning stage then you may have another problem.
Shrink doesn't have a burn engine so it uses Nero's if you pick your burner on under back up target.
So if it's during the burn part post either your decrypter log (if you saved it) or your last nero log. Nero logs can be found here:
    Nero 6: program files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt
    Nero 7: program files>Nero>Nero7>Core>NeroHistory.txt
Just be sure to edit out your serial # - they usually begin w/ 1A, 1C, 5C.
