XDA and MDA compact

    hi i have .STG file and its a 40 mega byte file with valueble files in it. i need to open it and put selected files on my new MDA compact.

    i want to take the Contacts data and put it in the MDA so that i have all my old contacs on my new phone...

    first of all , is this possible in any way ?

    and secondly if so , how would i go about doing this ?
