These are good (free) firewalls: ZoneAlarm --> http://www.zonelabs.com Kerio--> http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio.cfm Outpost-> http://www.agnitum.com Cleaning instructions: Download and install Ewido anti-malware -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download Update it, but do NOT run a scan yet. We'll use it later. Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Remove BetterInternet, DailyToolbar if found Run HijackThis.
