Hi im not really certain and just found this with random web searches but hoping you can help. I think i have recently been infected with smitfraud, not really sure though. I have run a few ativirus programs and they keep telling me i have been infected with Win:32Zlob-BN which is 'removes' but it keeps coming back. I dont know what this is but i think it may be responsible for opening mutiple IE windows when i try to access internet explorer and not letting me access my internet options. Really hoping someone can help! I downloaded Hijackit the log is in the next post.

Download SmitfraudFix.zip to your desktop -> http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip Unzip it (folder named SmitFraudFix) to your desktop: Open the folder SmitfraudFix and doubleclick smitfraudfix.cmd Choose option #1 - Search by typing 1 and pressing "Enter"; a textfile opens and lists the infected files (if those exist) Post the contents of this textfile to here. (Some antiviruses recognises process.exe as a malware. It is not malware, it is a program that stops processes) Then we'll start the cleaning....

Hi cooliobri and sorry for the long wait, I've been busy... You have too many antiviruses and firewalls running at the same time. You have ZoneAlarm and Sygate firewalls, then you have Norton, NOD32 and Network Associates as antiviruses. You should leave only one firewall and one antivirus. This is because running multiple programs can cause slowness, crashes, conflicts etc. So remove those programs trough Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs, leave only 1 firewall and 1 antivirus. (I would recommend the combination of NOD32 and ZoneAlarm but your choice) Then you have both Windows Defender and MIcrosoft Antispyware runnning, remove Microsoft Antispyware since it is basically an older version of Windows Defender. Ok, you got some infections on your computer.... Cleaning instructions: Download and install Ewido anti-malware -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download Update it, but do NOT run a scan yet. We'll use it later.
