motorola razr v3 help

ok i have 2 questions

1) how can i make it so it records videos over 15secs
2) my buddy sent me song that he can use on his phone as a ringtone but i cant use it on my razr, is there anyway for me to set it as my ringtone?

 

1. goto video camera then options,video setup should see video lenght on there

i put it to max but its only 15sec

 

hmm thats strange on mine you choose either mms or maximum,you maybe have different a flash on your phone as mine as i upgraded it to unlock video recording on my phone

 

i have mms too but my max is still 15secs

 

it'll only let you record 15 secs for a mms and there should be an option to set it to max, you must have a diffent flash on your phone so the options are different?
