    can someone give me a little help. I tried downloading the drivers from samsung and installed them , but when I connect the phone via usb cable to my computer, for some reason i cant seem to find the removable drive to transfer to, the computer does not have the phone anywhere on it. is there something im missing or could it be that i have a defective phone, the phone itself does show usb connected
