Upgrade worth it or not?

    Well im planning my last and final upgrade for this PC to get a year or more out of it.

    I want to go from
    2.4ghz P4 to at least a 3.0ghz P4

    Radeon x700AGP 256mb to Geforce 7800GS 256mb

    Think its worth it?

    Whats the brand name/model or mother board manufacturer and model number?

    depending on your motherboard & whether you have updated the bios or not, can goto 3.2ghz for cpu & can handle Geforce 7800GS 256mb.
