i got my new notebook about a week ago and just last night the keyboard stopped working all of a sudden. i tried shutting it down after a few minutes, and it took forever. i finally decided to hard boot it. when i restarted it, it worked fine. and then again today was using it, it stops working, i restart it and back to normal. please help. thanx in advance for the help.
possible windows corruption is causing problem. could try system restore to before problem date to see if problem still happens.
