Help Converting Video

Hi

Well im just got my video ipod and i got Xilisoft ipod video converter and im trying to convert a movie i have on my computer. My problem is when i click the add button and go select the file (which is 700mb, shouldnt be an issue)and click ok it freezez up and wont add it. i wind up having to ctrl-alt-dlt and end the program. can anyone tell me why this is doing this and what i can do to fix it?

Which format video file do you convert?

you multiposted that.

 

That seems something with the program or your original file.
Make sure the original file can be played on your pc,and the program which you used can support that format.And i use any video file to iPod converter,
