Have had problems with this player. Have tried cleaning it and so forth but no joy. Anyone have any recomendations please ?? After about 40 minutes to an hour, the disc (no matter what format) stops playing and the screen either locks up or the main screen is shown displaying either 'disc error' or 'disc blocked'. the only way of remedying this is to disconnect the power and rest the machine. start to play a disc again and the very same thing just happens. Awaiting advice - thanks
Contact phillips or take it back if still under warranty and change. It's always best to ring the manufacturer first (don't bother with email as you will wait ages).
