HP PCS 1215

I have a hp pcs 1215, it use work perfectly before the ink cartridge finished and i replaced it. Now whenever i give a print command it dosent print, i had this problem before but when i restarted my compouter it printed all the commands i gave before i restarted it, now this does not even work. I tried re-installing all the softwares and drivers but this also disn't work.
