I was woundering if you can burn the entire DVD with menus and extras to 1 DVDR using nero6?? If soo then how. =D im new at this i only can burn the main movie using DVD shrink. But i want the entire DVD with menus and the works.
Yes use Nero Recode and select back up the entire disc. It makes your main movie more compressed but it will do what you want. Edit: You can also burn the whole disc with Shrink! Go here for guide to use Shrink and other proggys. http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/
You also have a full disc option in shrink to back up the whole movie. To do a copy protected DVD w/ Recode you'll need AnyDVD (21 day free trial) running in the background. well i've tryed shrink and it says "that the space on my DVDR is to small", also used nero it says the same thing, and i just used dvd decrypter and says "that the dvdr has to little space and wont fit the dvd if i still want to continue." i wan to make a direct copy of the dvd 1:1 copy with manus and all. the dvd im using is "Braveheart" and i have a sony DL. any one can help me =( im about to go crazy, i already can burn just the main movie with shrink, but i would like the 1:1 copy of the original with working menus and extras. =(
When you open Nero Recode down the bottom right side you will see Fit to Target, select DVD9 if you are using D/L disc and it should fit OK.
Change the target size like gwen suggested. What brand of Dual Layer discs are you using? Players can be picky with these. Best bet is if your drive can booktype - booktype them to DVD-Rom (need to be +R DL). Decrypter is also good to rip and burn dual layer with. Rip in iso mode then burn in iso mode picking the .mds file.
