Are we talking an iso for a movie or a game?
DVD Decrypter is great for iso's. Rip in iso mode then burn in iso mode picking the mds file.
Games though can be a little different.

Actually it was for a Linux distro this time but the last time was for a game. I found a program for the distro but I have yet to find a way to back-up the game.

    You have two options here:

    1. (easy)burn the ISO to DVD using DVD Decrypter as suggested by Binkie, then reinsert the burnt DVD into drive and it should work as a regular disc complete with Setup.exe or autorun.exe etc. to install your program.

    2. (little harder)create an imagedrive with Nero and do the same as above. I would use the DVD Decrypter option to eliminate one step.

I have done a reinstall since having dvd decrypter so I don't have it anymore and your link (dvd decrypter) takes me to the slysoft page for anydvd,,, (which I'm a very happy customer to as well) but I dont think its going to help me burn an ISO. If I'm not mistaken Afterdawn has the dl for it right? guess I'll know in just a sec. anyways...

kewl, thanks for the link binkie.... IMGburn worked great and was very easy to use... a big thanks to afterdawn and whoever developed it.. didnt even have to make any adjustments other than slowing down burn speed but thats a personal setting of mine...

Notice how much imgburn and decrypter look alike? Well that's because both were developed by Lightning UK. Imgburn is his updated burn program (you know the deal on decrytper).
