Hi, I think I may have a virus or something because anytime I try to access my administrative files, network files, and pretty much all my "control panel" files, I get the "System32\rundll32.exe" error. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Your not infected...just missing a .dll file.

Go here - http://www.dll-files.com and search it.

After you download it place it in the System32 folder.
