hey im running supercard. jsut wondering if theres a way to reset while playing a game without turning it off and on again?

If it's a supercard DSTWO, then the default for soft reset whilst in game to return to games select is to press L+R+START, then click the little arrow in the top left corner of the touch screen and this will send you back to the DS_GAME menu.
BTW, if you kept the box for your flash card, there was an instruction manual included which tells you this...

SuperCard DS One supports cheats. For the ROM you're adding cheats for, you'll need to download SCC file for that particular ROM. Cheats are made by software such as Emu-Cheat (convert .CHT files to .SCC) You'll need to enable cheats from the "Set Patch" option in the File Information window. Once you've done that and load up a game, press the combination L + R + Start + Up to open up the cheat menu.
