Hello, I recently sent my laptop in for repair and when it came back, the OS had been restored and suddenly, I could not burn DVDs. I can still burn CDs, but not DVD-R. Hi, Thank you for the post. I couldn't tell what my serial number was but I hope I deleted it. Please let me know. I actually installed Nero 7 as well after this older version of Nero. Also, the first program I used, CopytoDVD did not work. The same error was given. My firmware seems current, so I don't know what the problem is. please help. Thank you!
