One-Line Subtitle...

I'm trying to put permanently subtitles on a movie using Sub2SSa and virtual dub and my question is:
When there are two lines of subtitles, one line is at the top and when is under it. I wanted to know if there is any way that when there is one line subtitles it will be shown on the top (where the first line is shown when there are two lines), with out changing every subtitle manually.

mistake: one line is at the top and the second line is under it.

But still, when will be one line of subtitles it will be on the bottom insted of the top...
