Ok, I am currently assembling my new PC, Parts I am using are as follows:

    AMD 64 X2 AM2 socket 3800+ Windsor Core Processor
    ASUS M2N-Sli Deluxe mobo
ATI All in wonder X1800 video card
    2 Gigs of Corsair DDR2 800 XMS2 ram
    Antec P-180 Case
Western Digital 500 gig SATA HDD
    Maxtor 300 gig SATA HDD
    Kingwin 520 watt modular psu

Anyway, the antec case is very nice, since it has chambers for the hard drives, and one of the psu which is on the bottom, so the wires are going up into the case. What has happened is since the ATI card is so long, it actually makes contact with the 500 gig hard drive on the top, and that makes me uneasy, so I am asking if it would be OK to put the ATI card on the other PCI Express slot instead of the primary one, or if it might be better to put the hard drives on the bottom. The reason I have them in the top area is because I put the fan there where it will have the air filter and so it won't be on the same level as the psu to keep heat off them. What would you all suggest I do to rectify this sitution?

Probably best to move the harddrive mate. Moving the card will not work. I had a similar problem and no it will not work.

    Just move the harddrive.

    Good luck
