Well, I recently built a PC from scratch(the first computer that I personally built).
It crashed when I tried to do updates for my Anivirus(Norton 2006)and after I installed service pack 2........but then when I reestarted the computer and I tried to updated again, It succesfully updated everything but then after surfing the net I clicked a link and.......the "BSOD" appears.
Is it possible that the problem is related to my memory?

    Here's what I have:
    Athlon 3200
    LanParty nF4 MOBO
    512 MB Ram
    Verto NViDIA 7600 GS.

if there's anymore information that is needed just tell me.

    P.S.
As soon as the blue screen comes out I'm going to try to write it down.

Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card, but I would also get more RAM. In this day and age, I would not have less than 1GB, but I don't know if that will actually help your problem while surfing.

Norton could be causing your problem.
