what sort of graphics card do i need to get the equivelant or better than ps2 graphics on my pc ? 128,256,512mb they all confuse me lol and are some graphics cards better makes than others ? i bought a brand new pc for £500 and it only has 64mb shared the graphics are pathetic. any pc,s in this price range would be helpful because im buying a new one cheers people

As much as the graphics card will give you gaming performance (which it will), you will need a quick CPU, along with lots of RAM & a good SATA HD to supply the card with the info. All hooked up to a decent MOBO. You should have come here & asked us for any recommendations for a PC. You've kinda locked the door after the horse has bolted!

The Titan Vantage (3500 cpu) looks OK. The general opinion is that AMD are the way to go for gaming. If you don't want to spend the money, then you will end up with a PC that will thwart your attempts for good gaming! Quite simply, buy cheap, get cheap! Home built PCs will knock the spots off any prebuilt.

ps2 graphics aren't that great bkuz the resolution is not high. as long as u can do a high resolution then u've pretty much already beat the system
