    As much as the graphics card will give you gaming performance (which it will), you will need a quick CPU, along with lots of RAM & a good SATA HD to supply the card with the info. All hooked up to a decent MOBO.
    You should have come here & asked us for any recommendations for a PC. You've kinda locked the door after the horse has bolted!

    Most here have built there own, including myself. Have a look here;

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Full_Systems.html#afs_2d004_2doc

    It all depends what you want your PC to do! The Titan Vantage (3500 cpu) looks OK.
    The general opinion is that AMD are the way to go for gaming.

    If you don't want to spend the money, then you will end up with a PC that will thwart your attempts for good gaming!
    Quite simply, buy cheap, get cheap!

    Home built PCs will knock the spots off any prebuilt.

    ps2 graphics aren't that great bkuz the resolution is not high.

    as long as u can do a high resolution then u've pretty much already beat the system
