Hi, I was wanting to know how to convert my video files that I have on my iPod to a 4.7 (Single-Layered, D5) DVD. I do have NERO 7, but whenever I try to put them onto a DVD, it says that it wasn't successful. Thanks.

    Hello agentgman.

I would suggest posting the Nero burn log back to this thread. If the above is the last Nero operation you've attempted, the burn log for the above will be the last section in your log located here:

    Program Files > Nero > Nero7 > Core > NeroHistory

There are many programs that will convert divX to DVD format. Among them are the following:

    VSO's ConvertXtoDVD: http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/
    DVD Copy 4 Platinum: http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/InterVideoDVDCopy_Profile.jsp
    TMPGEnc Express 3: http://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/te3xp.html
    DVD Santa: http://www.dvdsanta.com/
    The Film Machine: http://members.home.nl/thefilmmachine/
    NeroVision: http://ww2.nero.com/enu/index.html

Most have free trials, although DVD Santa and ConvertXtoDVD watermark their trial output.

Is it safe for me to post the log because I don't want to give away any personal information in the log.

Just make sure you delete the program serial number and any personal info that might be contained. Sometimes your name might appear at the beginning of the log section depending on the version, etc. Everyone has a program serial number. Otherwise there's no identifying info. Only post the section that concerns this burn. Sections begin with a header followed by the program serial number, etc.

Yeah, I have tried the xilisoft and the imtoo dvd creator and whenever I try to burn it, it says that you don't have a dvd burning drive and I do! because I have been burning many things (with dvd decrypter)!!!

If the programs give you an option to dump an ISO instead of burning a disk, select that. Then burn the ISO with DVD Decrypter. Maybe that'll work for you.
